Ladies and gentlemen, savvy cyclists et al, all eyes on the bike.  Isn’t she a stunner?  I had named her Tabi, it means ‘Journey’ in Japanese.

Investing in a proper bike is just as important as buying a pair of Louboutins you’ll only wear once or twice in your lifetime, let alone they give you bunions, blisters and other damaging injury that can affect your health and posture.  A bike is also a fashion accessory!  I love cycling whenever I stay in Hong Kong, getting a Tokyobike has always been in discussion since I first rode their Bisou model at the London Tweed Run a couple year ago, the frame was incredibly light I can always lift the bike above my head, classic and modern style, I loved it.  And in terms of budget, what the heck I decided to splurge on a CS model as an early birthday gift for myself.

Here is a visual diary from my bike ride in my home town in North Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong.

I purchased the Tokyobike CS bike from Bike The Moment in Kwun Tong, all thanks for the expertise recommendation from Tokyobike in London.

    Wow, she is a beauty!

I adore my Pashley but DAMN is she heavy. I do kind-of wish I’d bought a lighter bike…but she is still pretty 🙂

Oh Kit. These pictures are stunning and makes me want to hop on a plane right this instant and get out of grey UK. Though, it’s starting to get warm over there right? As well as visiting at the end of the year, I’m looking to come back with my family next Summer in the height or even, HEAT of Summer. I’m gonna melt!!!!!

The bike and areas you cycle around in NT/Tai Po are just stunning.
