LFW AW11 Wardrobe Day 4, Print Vs Print

28th February 2011

I don’t have any outfit shots from Day 3 due to being very sick with dehydration and nausea, so sick I was hallucinating.  My day 4 outfit for LFW well, as you can see it consists of print vs print it is so clashy you would be able to spot me from miles away, ‘hail the lighthouse’.

Thanks Shini for the outfit shots (2 & 3)

My outfit: Headscarf – borrowed LOUSADA HEYHOE, Dress as top – borrowed T.B.A, Cardigan – borrowed PAUL & JOE, Trousers – borrowed PAUL & JOE, Tights – UNIQLO, Shoes – CLARKS, Bags – borrowed MCM.

I’m so curious, how did you manage to pull this look off? Print on print is a tricky thing not all fashionistas can pull it off.

  • Reply Ingrid 1st March 2011 at 03:41

Just noticed all dots have reds in them.
Kit, you’re a super star in prints.

Will I be seeing you tonight for Crusader lovin’? I hope so! xx

@A La Mode – Yes I am a bad ass print clasher. The lipstick colour is plum from Revlon….surprisingly they last longer than any other high street brands ;P See you tonight kiddo. xxx

Hey Kit, it was lovely to meet you at lfw. Finally found your blog 😀
Your style is impeccable and fresh, I noticed a few people with MCM bags which was a surprise, my nan used to own one in the late 70s. The new version is brilliant maybe it’s time to revive my nan’s vintage bag back to the scene.

    nic xxx

I adore your headband! How to make it that? Is it from a scarf?

    • Reply Kit @ Style Slicker 14th April 2011 at 21:20

@Olive – Yes, just a normal silk scarf. Tie it to a normal bow.
