Rubicundus Flavovirens….what a beautiful name to describe the colours above.  No it is not a Harry Potter-isque un-pronounceable dark spell that you would use to kill muggles. It’s from a dead language Latin which is commonly used to describe plants and colour terms from A to Z, head to any gardening centres you’d see lots.

Rubicundus as red and Flavovirens as greenish yellow.  Would it be easier to describe the colours as Rusty Copper…??

Shini of Park & Cube as pictured above.  Photographed with Yashica FX-Super 2000 with Lomography Red Scale 100 35mm film from Lomography Gallery Store, London.

    Hey Kit!

Thanks for the camera advice, I will definitely have a look. Not sure I can afford the 550D though :S

Amazing pictures with such an unusual colour tone! Your blog makes me want to get a DSLR so badly.

I can’t stop laughing at your last sentence.
