What’s in my MJ

The Summer Olympics has given me a perfect opportunity to work from home and watch the Olympic live on tv at the same time, my limbs barely moved a mile although countless punching victory fists in the air is considered as a couch potato exercise, but hey, at least my biceps has filled its tanks, well half filled.

I don’t know about you, I normally carry a huge tote bag containing my neck straining camera and odd bits of rubbish, random things like my life saver lip balm often get lost in the bottomless pit.  A sizeable clutch is a must have to keep all your essential contents in such as this Marc by Marc Jacobs AW12 nylong batik Sasha zip up clutch, which my sister kindly lent me for a few months, thanks sis!

My late summer essentials; :A: Vaseline lipbalm in aloe vera. :B: Optrex dry eye drops :C: A foldable Chinese fan :D: Marc Jacob black leather purse :E: Samsung Galaxy S2, pink bunny ears phone cover :F: Cowshed nail filer :G: Stila lip glaze in cranberry, c/o :H: Stila ‘Petunia‘ dual lip and cheek cover, c/o :I: Liliyang oyster card wallet, c/o Liliyang.

I fear one day this clutch will turn into a makeup bag or a travel toiletry bag, will see.

My friend and I were just joking that while the athletes there are performing their best, we were just sitting on the couch eating ice cream bars and laughing at really ‘mo liu’ things.

Hahaha I like how you carry a fan about- it beats fishing for a piece of cardstock or receipt from my bag to keep myself cool here. :S

@Sam Our London Transport is still ancient and no AC (too expensive to install, according to the government), that’s why I have a fan in my bag.

Such a lovely print on that clutch! I have loved the Olympics too but yes, found myself drinking and snacking a helluva lot in front of the TV and feeling rather unfit in comparison to those athletes! I think my favourite sport is the cycling in the Velodrome – it’s so exciting to watch!
