A second day of Leeds press trip with the girls exploring local shops and admired the town’s architecture, chatted to their brightest fashion talent, James Steward at Arts Cafe, followed by lunch at Casa Mia with Shang Ting Peng from Hebe Media, also runs a Facebook ‘Observing Diary‘ targeting Far East audience exploring the Leeds retail scene.

Retired to a lovely Grade II listed 4 star luxury boutique hotel, the Quebecs located on Quebec Street less than 5 minutes walk from Leeds Railway Station, a warmth welcome by the glistening stained glass windows and antique looking wooden staircase at the reception entrance.  My room (Liquorice Suite), well it was indeed the largest room I ever stayed in included a tiny lounge area in the corner which seemed useful to invite guest over for tea which I’ve had the following morning.

A long hot shower before bed time is always part of my routine to guarantee a good night sleep at a hotel, this time I broke my routine and opted for a long bubble bath it was peaceful and relaxing.  A light breakfast in bed is always an option for a fatigue fashionista like myself, mine arrived promptly as requested the night before…it was a devine morning.

I love having breakfast in bed rather than have it in a room full of people, I prefer to have mine in private and eat in my own pace.

wow a suite it sounded like you had a good night sleep after a bubble bath, as a guy i would go for a long steamy hot shower.

@William – Steamy and hot huh? Just add a stool in a shower it’d be like a sauna-shower.

Sounded like a huge suite if you had a small lounge area, lucky girl. Mmmm loved the sound of long hot bubble bath.

It’s nice to hear your positive, honest and personal experience of your stay at a hotel and it’s wonderful to see pictures of your bed, breakfast and work desk shows the clues of your comfort and busy activity.
