I recently did a little collaboration with Harvey Nichols, it was a blogger vs buyer project with a Gestuz sequined jacket. A few days of uncertainty and being dumb-headed, sequin has never been my forte when it comes to compiling an outfit, Pinterest became my reliable source for outfit inspiration and resulting in two potential looks, the City girl chic and Veronica Lake’s femme fatale style. What do you think?
Day look inspiration: City girl chic.
My day look outfit: Sequined jacket – Gestuz provided by Harvey Nichols, white cotton shirt – Uniqlo, Skinny jeans – c/o Levi’s, Black court shoes – Zara, Butterfly bag – Miu Miu, Men’s watch – c/o TIMEX, bracelets – Topshop and Swarovski.
Evening look inspiration: Veronica Lake, 1940s Femme Fatale.
My evening look outfit: Sequined jacket – Gestuz provided by Harvey Nichols, Blue pleated dress – Standard Vintage, Black belt – Shini‘s, Black court heels – ZARA, Watch – c/o Folli Follie, Clutch – Burberry, Sunglasses – Burberry.
A big massive thanks to Shini for helping me out with the outfit shots, a double frozen yoghurt is on its way to you.

I like the simplicity in the Day outfit, shirt, sequin jacket and jeans. It sort of reminds me of the GAP advert 😀
Hey Kit, it was lovely to meet you the other day, your work really inspires me to pick up my camera again.
