I first paid attention to Folli Follie (the brand was still unknown to me back then) when Hong Kong’s infamous supermodel and actress Gaile Lai was appointed as its global brand ambassador in early 2011, with Folli Follie’s growing presence and huge followings across Asia especially in Japan, Hong Kong and ahem China, it make sense to have an Asian face to represent in Asia’s developing accessory market and play a key role in its global strategy.

A delightful afternoon tea affair on the second floor at Folli Follie’s newly refurbished store on New Bond Street, heavily distracted and drooling over the nibbles rather than eyes on the latest accessory collections…and bags too!  I spied on their rose gold pieces particularly the rose gold face watches, a colour which blends well with my super pale un-tanned skin than any other colours as seen on the Blues and Hues outfit post (thanks Folli Follie), available on September.

Thanks to team Folli Follie and Trace Publicity for inviting over to the afternoon tea.

Cannot get sick of them press afternoon teas although I must say your beetle juice outfit is a rather stark contrast to the pinky girliness of the Folli Follie flowers. So where does the key lead to?

I love the beetlejuice outfit – totally one of my favourite films when I was younger. I like the look of the press event, especially the pretty tea cups and the great looking watches.
