I became a robot with several arms attached and a ballooning stomach for over seven weeks, busy multi-tasking with work and piling on the pounds at Christmas-related breakfast, lunch and dinner events, the horror of feeling SAD (seasonal affective disorder) and fatigue. This week I managed to pull the plug to focus on replenishing lost nutrients and vitamins in my diet, multiple hair and facial treatments for stress, and get the blog right on track. Spending Christmas at home with The Lees without my younger Ken (twice) who is currently celebrating his alone in Korea due to work commitment, we’ve already had our family dinner on Christmas Eve, ill-prepared for time and the cooking it was fairly alright alright.
