I can’t praise enough of youngest sister’s (May of Red Velvet London) pair of dancer’s hands and super strong-shellac-like nails, un-like mine, they needed care and a few pumpful of collegen…a lot of it. May is now officially my hand model (out of convenience, hehe) for all hand and beauty features, only if I book her in advance, she’s a busy fierce Dragon, if you know what I mean. We both came up with an idea doing a simple DIY nail art for my Valentine’s Day post, two-tone hearts seems to be the most basic of all choices we’ve listed.
I’ve used: Nails Inc ‘The Boltons’ red for the base, OPI ‘A Grape Fit’ lilac, and ‘Elephantastic Pink’ pink for the two tone hearts, and toothpicks.
1. Apply 2 coats of Nails Inc red. 2. Dip the toothpick in OPI pink and paint a half ‘V’ in the center of your nail. 3. Finish the other half ‘V’ in OPI lilac.
Happy Valentine’s Day!

Nice nailart!
