HK visual diary: Style Jam @ Electric Sekki, part 1

electricsekki2

The un-necessarily air cons on HK public transport gives me a dismissive shrug, the temperature fixed at 15′c full blast in winter seems illogical, is that why HK residents fall sick so easily?  Hello? It leaves my Brit-Chinese skin a much drier complexion and my hair too a drier scalp, without equivocation I do not want to be seen picking flakes off my hair on crowded trains (#HongKongProblems).

A while ago I was invited by Electric Sekki to have a fun dressing up session as part of their Style Jam project, in the past they did sessions with HK prominent bloggers Valerie Soh, T Like Bubble Tea, Sam Is Home, Cindiddy, Fashion Hedonism and Superwowomg.

Without further a do, a new haircut and not a zap of make-up in sight (too lazy), here’s my first look.

Aw Kit you look amazing! The print on the dress is so pretty. You must be cold though? My relatives have told me it’s 11*c out there…even colder out in the NT I’d imagine! Brrrr. Bet you’re missing central heating. Looking lovely as ever.

  2. Kit Lee says:

@winnie I do miss my central heating, I’m actually 4 layers of clothing and the portable heater here is so unreliable.

Your new hair style looks gorgeous and you look so cute in those simple outfit – it’s very suburban Japanese.
Who needs makeup for the shots, the outfit does the trick. It’s cold in HK huh? It’s warm here in Oz.

  4. a la mode says:

  5. Ohhh. PRETTY GIRL! Love your new hair do Kit. I didn’t realize it was fully off your shoulders! Wahooo. I love it. Think I’m going to go short like this too. You look smoking hot woman… despite the funny AC, Hong Kong seems to be doing you well. Love the colors in this outfit. xx

    Nice one Kit.

  14. Kit Lee says:

@mitcham chung Yes it’s a roof terrace, shot 2 floors above Electric Sekki’s showroom. The area is Wong Chuk Hang next to Aberdeen in HK Island.
