Welcome to my wardrobe experiment, as explained in previous post I wanted to explore the mix of florals and paisley prints together to create individual-styled looks using key floral pieces from Benetton’s ss11 collection, inspired by their ad campaign featuring floral prints per se.
I spent the entire sunny unvalentine-d weekend playing dress up layering, twisting, throwing and mashing things together tirelessly. And here they are, with 5 looks slap bang on a collage board to give the feel of clashy-boho, fresh village-girl look, would I wear it? If my monthly disposable income allows me to then YES I would. Most of the head pieces were from from a belt tie, a skirt twisted to form a bandana and bizarrely a bag worn as a hat seen on look 3.
I have taken some still life shots of the pieces (below) from each look, so you would get the idea and to save confusion seeing that all the prints have morphed together into a camouflage.
Let me know your thoughts.
Thank you Benetton for lending me the pieces for my mini floral print experiment.
