My first (sort-of) successful and expensive lomo shots of behind the scenes fashion shoot (JFW magazine) taken from the last blistering hot summer somewhere near Labroke Grove. Shot with an expired medium format b/w film and a cheapo vintage Lubitel TRL camera, it was supposed to be an experiement with single, double and triple exposures….and fiddling with numerous settings. The result turned out to be quite stunning with a twist of old hollywood glamour and Barbarella-isque. My next experiement? It will of course break my piggy bank, stay tuned.
Models: Forgotten their names

umm those are some of the most amazing double/triple exposure shots ever! the fact that they are behind the scenes of a fashion shoot makes it even better.
medium format film is fun to play around with but it’s too expensive for me to develop cause i’m a cheapo like that hehehehehhee.
love the photos <3
The two pictures where it seems that two pictures are on top of each other, are absolutely spiffing!

Are you serious? The lomo photographs are AMAZING! Yes I agree it has this old hollywood glamour feel and I love the Barbarella-sque hair in the shots.

oh kit these are totally amazing. they almost make my eyes feel a bit funny… but in a good funky way. does this new experiment involve the 5d? xx
@Jen – No not the 5D Mark 2 unfortunately the camera is toooo expensive. There’s a possible fashion shoot in the France next month, hoping to use my vintage TRL camera for behind the scenes shoot in colour, it’s going to be expensive in terms of film types and processing :S ahhhh
Ah your experiment worked out so well. This look stunning, you must be so happy and proud of these Kit!
These pictures are amazing the camera shot gives the images a 60′s Barabella vintage look. x
The photographs are beautiful. The images look like a 60′s vintage Barberella scene.
